People in Southern Vietnam refer to the Northeast monsoon as "Gió Chướng." True to its name, Gió Chướng increases saltwater intrusion into freshwater sources, posing challenges and causing considerable damage to agricultural production. Meanwhile, the defining characteristic of this monsoon in the North is the intense, biting cold it brings. Now it’s time to revisit the artwork, and this time, take a moment to slowly feel the waves of wind captured in the painting.
